CIUK
At Park Lane Healthcare Group we work closely with the independent care inspections organisation, Care Inspections UK (CIUK) – The UK’s only registered and accredited care home inspection body. As both the creators and assessors for BS8606:2019, the British standard for adult residential care, CIUK independently inspects hundreds of UK care homes every year against this standard.
The Hall was the first care home in North Yorkshire to achieve this award and the Park Lane Healthcare Group is currently the first and only group with current accreditations for all homes within a group. CQC
The Care Quality Commission is responsible for registering and regulating all care homes throughout England and Wales. At The Hall, we consider them our close partner in delivering outstanding outcomes to all our residents.

Dementia Forward
Dementia Forward are the premier dementia charity throughout Yorkshire. Since there formation in 2012, they have supported thousands of individuals living with dementia through a variety of hub clubs, dementia cafes and free helpline.

North Yorkshire County Council
The Hall is proud to announce that we are an approved provider of adult social care for North Yorkshire County Council. In addition to commissioning care beds from us and assisting in funding for some of our residents, they also perform annual quality audits through their PAMMS quality audit tool.
