Diane brings a wealth of experience to Park Lane Healthcare having served as Manager at The Hall for nearly 15 years.
Diane's passion for care shines through in everything she does. Her commitment to excellence ensures a truly resident-centered environment at The Hall. With her dedication and expertise, Diane is not just a manager, she's the heart and soul of The Hall. -
Sam Barker, Administrator
Sam is the heart and soul of The Hall's day-to-day operations. With a smile and a can-do attitude, she tackles every challenge that comes her way, ensuring everything runs smoothly. As the first point of contact, she warmly welcomes visitors, both on the phone and at the door and provides exceptional administrative support across all departments.

Kelly Blair brings a wealth of experience and dedication to The Hall. Kelly's expertise in all aspects of care is unmatched.
She works collaboratively with care practitioners to ensure exceptional care for our residents, from the moment they arrive at The Hall, whether transitioning from home or hospital. A true leader by example, Kelly is never one to hesitate and is always willing to go the extra mile to support residents and staff alike.

Jill Baldwin, Activities and Wellbeing Coordinator
We're thrilled to welcome Jill Baldwin to The Hall's Activities and Wellbeing team! Joining Steph's team, Jill plays a key role in ensuring we offer a vibrant program of activities seven days a week.
Jill's infectious smile and positive energy are a ray of sunshine, instantly brightening any room. But her contributions go far beyond a friendly face. Jill is a creative dynamo, constantly brimming with new ideas to keep our residents engaged. Whether it's organising visits from special guests or leading fun-filled craft sessions, Jill creates a dynamic and enriching environment for everyone at The Hall. -
Claire Lane, Hospitality & Marketing Manager
Claire began working for Park Lane Healthcare 16 years ago working in accounts but since taking a break to have her three girls, is back in action as the Hospitality & Marketing Manager. It's a role that keeps her on her toes, but she wouldn't have it any other way!
She makes sure the residents feel comfortable and welcome, supports the activities team with all sorts of fun events, and keeps everyone in the loop with the monthly newsletter and Facebook updates.

David Pearson, Head of Maintenance
David Pearson brings a wealth of experience to his role as Head of Maintenance at The Hall. After a successful career as a self-employed professional, David sought a new challenge where he could utilize his diverse skillset and contribute to a collaborative environment.
David's dedication and enthusiasm are invaluable assets to our team. He consistently demonstrates a proactive approach, ensuring the smooth operation of The Hall's facilities. His expertise and positive attitude make him a vital member of our team.

Andrew Shepherd, Operations and Compliance Director
Andrew studied law, working extensively for the Crown Prosecution Service in West Yorkshire before joining us. He obtained enormous experience in all aspects of law in a fast moving, high-pressure environment.
His deep examination of the legal aspects of running care homes in an ever complex world, where health and safety issues, the Mental Capacity Act and numerous other critical issues are at the fore, have proved vital in delivering the correct decisions for Park Lane Healthcare.
