For the past 24 years, my wife Claire and I have shared a life together, evolving from childhood sweethearts to the parents of three beautiful daughters. My family is the most important thing in my life – that’s why I believe that family should be at the heart of social care. I strongly advocate for social care grounded in individual, person-centred approaches; there should be no one-size-fits-all in healthcare.
